Important Information for Rapid Paper Presenters
About Rapid Paper presentations
Rapid Paper presentations are scheduled as part of a panel of eight presentations lasting 90 minutes in total. Each presenter has a maximum of 10 minutes (Recommended 8 minutes presentation time, and 2 minutes for set-up and transition). Any time remaining at the end of the 90 minute session can be used for Q&A and discussion. A volunteer will be in each room to keep time.
All rooms will be equipped with a laptop computer pre-installed with PowerPoint and Keynote, as well as a screen and an LCD projector. If you wish, you may directly link your own PC laptop, although we advise you to use the computer provided.
We recommend that you bring your presentation with you on a USB Flash Drive. As back-up we suggest sending yourself the presentation by email.
Wireless internet will be available throughout the 11F of the venue.
