The Japan Rail Pass

Delegates that are planning to travel throughout Japan might be interested in the Japan Rail Pass. This pass gives delegates the option to ride almost any JR owned bus, train or ferry* throughout the country for a flat rate. Passes can be purchased in terms of 7, 14 and 21 days.

For delegates planning to ride the bullet train multiple times during their, this pass is an excellent way to save money. Japan rail has an extensive network of trains that can carry you from Hokkaido to Kyushu and almost anywhere in between!

Other Train lines

Meitetsu operates a local railway and bus services connecting Aichi and southern Gifu Prefecture. Meitetsu also operates services to Chubu Centrair International Airport. Take Meitetsu services from Nagoya Station to see the historic city of Inuyama, The UNESCO World Heritage site Shirakawa-go, Meiji-Mura theme park, and other local attractions.

Kintetsu operates a local railway network connecting Nagoya to Mie, Nara, Kyoto, and Osaka Prefectures. Take Kintetsu services from Nagoya Station to see the historic city of Ise, The UNESCO World Heritage sites in Nara, and Osaka.
